Angela Ribout, M.Ed., C.Psych. (She/Her)

Angela is a Registered Psychologist who holds certifications with the College of Psychologists of Ontario and the College of Alberta Psychologists. She has established herself as a trusted professional in psychology with a compassionate and thorough approach to her work. In her practice, Angela combines professional expertise with a genuine commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves. When not working, Angela enjoys being active, thrifting, learning various musical instruments, and being with her cat, Vince.  

Angela first completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology in North Bay, Ontario. She further honed her expertise by obtaining a Master of Education in School and Applied Child Psychology from the University of Calgary. This strong educational foundation has equipped Angela with a deep understanding of the diverse needs of her clients. Through professional development and learning, she also obtained proficient skills in counselling adolescents and adults struggling with life transitions and mood-related presentations.

Angela has amassed extensive experience as a school psychologist where she worked closely with students of all ages to address a range of needs, including learning disabilities, ADHD, behavioural issues, and mood disorders. She has also spent over two years in private practice where she completes psycho-educational assessments that support children, adolescents, and adults in further understanding their cognitive, academic, and social-emotional strengths. Angela fosters a therapeutic relationship built on trust and mutual respect. She remains open to new knowledge and perspectives, recognizing that no single approach fits all clients. Angela strives to offer tailored, practical solutions that support positive outcomes, encourage personal growth, and are effective across different cultural contexts.
