Front Desk Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON (In-Person)
Salary: $50,000–$55,000 (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our administrative team to create a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Experience: Greet clients with warmth and empathy, ensuring they feel at ease from the moment they walk in.

  • Scheduling Expertise: Manage appointment bookings with precision, balancing clinician availability and client needs.

  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact, answering calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Administrative Support: Oversee the clinic’s inbox, maintain clinicians’ calendars, and facilitate the intake process for new clients.

  • EHR Management: Input and securely manage client data in our Electronic Health Records system.

  • Billing & Invoicing: Prepare invoices, manage payments, and address any insurance or billing inquiries.

  • Office Management: Keep the clinic running smoothly by stocking supplies, managing mail, and ensuring a tidy, welcoming environment.

  • Problem Solving: Handle scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent requests with grace and professionalism.
