Dr. Justine Ledochowski, C.Psych. (She/Her)
Dr. Justine Ledochowski is a registered Psychologist practicing in the areas of Clinical Psychology and Clinical Neuropsychology with children and adolescents. Dr. Ledochowski’s approach is strengths-based, family-centred, and evidence-based. Dr. Ledochowski conducts assessments examining cognitive abilities, academic learning, and socioemotional/behavioural functioning to help families better understand their child’s unique cognitive profile. She aims to share information with families in an understandable and meaningful way and to provide practical recommendations that support children in reaching their full potential.
Dr. Ledochowski received her PhD from York University in Clinical Developmental Psychology with Neuropsychology Specialization. She completed her pre-doctoral residency in Pediatric Psychology and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology at the Hospital for Sick Children. Dr. Ledochowski has a breadth of experience working with children and adolescents with a range of presenting concerns including learning challenges, attentional difficulties, neurodevelopmental concerns, and emotional and behavioural difficulties, as well as youth with complex medical/neurological histories.
In addition to her role at Flourish, Dr. Ledochowski is a psychologist in the SickKids Research Institute. As a member of the Knight Lab, Dr. Ledochowski conducts research examining brain and mental health in young people living with rheumatic disease, primarily pediatric lupus, to inform approaches to comprehensive care.
