Leah Monson, B.Sc., M.Psy. Candidate (She/Her)

Leah earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Concentrated Honours from Dalhousie University. She has worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting individuals and families across a wide range of emotional, physical, cognitive, and behavioral needs.

Leah’s areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and parent coaching. She has helped individuals of all ages build skills, develop greater self-awareness, and enhance resilience.

Leah’s approach is highly personalized, recognizing that each individual has unique strengths, needs, and learning styles. She focuses on creating tailored strategies to engage her clients, integrating elements of executive function training, skill-building, confidence-building, and creativity into all aspects of her work.

Leah fosters a supportive and collaborative environment that empowers individuals to develop critical life skills, improve emotional regulation, and enhance overall well-being. Her goal is to help clients lead authentic, meaningful lives and achieve lasting positive change.

Currently, Leah is pursuing her Master of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School, with the goal of becoming a Psychological Associate. She is passionate about working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, striving to make the process as beneficial, enjoyable, and accessible as possible.

Outside of her professional life, Leah enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, cooking, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
