Michaela has been with Flourish since the doors opened ensuring that each individual entering the clinic feels welcome, safe, and heard. As the voice behind the initial intake call and the main point of contact, Michaela coordinates the client experience from beginning to end using a client-centered approach. With additional roles in mentoring new staff, liaising with Flourish’s interdisciplinary team, and managing the flow of business, Michaela operates with the goal of helping both the clinic and its clients flourish.
On a personal note, most who know Michaela describe her as an adventure loving jack-of-all-trades that can consistently be found on the weekends at her family cottage.
Michaela’s out-of-work style is most often described as “cottage dad”, for which she takes great pride.
