Sara Rumble, BSW, MSW, RSW (She/Her)

Sara is a compassionate and client-centered social worker. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, where she specialized in Mental Health & Health, Sara brings both academic expertise and practical experience to her practice.

Her previous role was at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, supporting children and families through complex emotional and mental health challenges. Sara works with individuals across the lifespan, offering support to children/youth, families, and parents as they navigate mental health and health-related challenges with compassion and care. Her therapeutic approach is strengths-based and collaborative, recognizing that change can be difficult—especially when faced alone. Sara integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to tailor support that meets each client’s unique needs.
