Speech-Language Pathologist
Sean is a speech-language pathologist at Flourish Health Services. After completing his undergraduate degrees in biology and psychology at Queen’s University, he completed his Master of Human Communication Disorders at Dalhousie University in 2005. Sean also has a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Toronto.
As a senior speech-language pathologist, Sean brings 18 years of clinical experience and a love of working with children and families to develop their communication abilities and social participation. He has extensive experience in assessment and treatment for children and youth from infancy to 20+ across a variety of speech and language disorders, including autism, developmental disabilities, traumatic and acquired brain injury, specialized orthopedic, developmental rehabilitation, and medical complexity.
Sean has worked across many clinical locations, including Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and private practice in Toronto, Ontario, the National Health Service in London, England and Halifax District School Board in Nova Scotia.
Sean is licensed to practice by the College of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology in Ontario and holds a status-only lecturer appointment at the University of Toronto's Department of Speech-Language Pathology.
