Occupational Therapy Services

At Flourish, we provide assessments and treatment to help children build the essential skills they need for learning, socializing, and daily life. Our occupational therapy (OT) services focus on empowering children to participate fully in activities that are important to them, by offering personalized, goal-oriented support. Through play-based and evidence-driven strategies, our occupational therapists help children thrive. By targeting key developmental milestones, we ensure your child is better equipped to handle everyday tasks at home, school, and in social settings.

We specialize in assessing and treating the following areas:

Fine motor skills

We help strengthen muscle coordination needed for tasks like handwriting, using zippers, cutting food, and catching a ball.

Executive dysfunction

We help children improve their ability to plan, organize, and manage multi-step tasks like completing assignments or following instructions.

Sensory integration

We provide support for children who are sensitive to sounds, textures, or touch, helping them engage more comfortably with their environment, foods, and clothing.

Self-regulation

We assist children in managing big emotions, making it easier for them to engage in everyday activities and routines.

Gross motor skills

We work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays to support movement skills such as sitting, rolling, and standing.

ADHD

We offer support for children who may struggle with focus and attention, both at home and in school, affecting their ability to learn academic and life skills.
